By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

Triageloop provides LeadMax 24/7 lead capture and routing services, including website development, AI chat assistant integration, and digital marketing services for businesses. Specific terms for individual projects are outlined in separate agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, partners receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. Triageloop retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Triageloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
